The Oil Spill Commission’s report was released on January11, and
overall, we give it an A.  While the
commission’s report will not make everyone happy, we feel it is an effort to
move the industry’s methods and the Gulf Coast forward.

Huffington Post commentator and author Robert L. Cavnar reviews the recently-released fourth chapter of the forthcoming report from the Obama administration's oil spill commission. Although there's not much new information to be found, the authors liberally spread the blame for the disaster.

The commission report is scheduled to be released in its entirety on January 11, 2011.
